To ensure that both
our candidates and our clients receive the very best in customer
service, we have developed a sixteen-step process that runs
alongside our range of recruitment programmes. Starting with
our candidates, we utilise our online registration to
kick the process off, provide a face-to-face interview with
consultancy advice and then offer Changeme where
you can find out more about the market you work in and even
improve your skills by taking tests. For clients we will come
to your dealership or office to take the vacancy details and
then use Changeme for you to view CV’s
and candidate video
mpegs. Working through the complete interview process,
and following a successful conclusion, we then call after six
weeks to ensure both company and client are happy with the
choices that they have made.
