Academy is a programme
designed for large recruiters within the automotive trade. It
works on the basis that three or more staff will be required
every month, and because of this, runs alongside an advertising
programme. Effectively, every person that applies for
a role through one of these advertisements is ‘bull
penned’ and this provides a ready resource for quick
appointment when a vacancy arises. Further to this however
is the fact that if any one of these applicants is not immediately
required by the client, and is placed with one of our other
clients, a percentage of the fee goes back into the academy
which effectively covers all the advertising costs.
If you have a large recruitment requirement, or if you would
like to provide a ‘value added’ service to your
dealer / client network, this programme is ideally suited to
you. This programme can be combined with training. |
