Search or headhunting
as it is more commonly known is always seen as something of
a mystery. At Change we take you back to basics in the
process of recruitment and our search service simply completes
more steps from a blank sheet of paper to a successful recruit
than any of our other services. We start with a detailed
and comprehensive job description and personal profile through
client meetings and then utilise our various databases and
networking skills to identify an appropriate shortlist. This
is done in a proactive way by tracking down and pitching the
potential interviewee. We hold the first interviews and
accompany the client on the second and subsequent stages and
at all times, handle any salary or package negotiations.
The process is lengthy and as such demands a slightly higher fee than our other
services, which is why it is generally considered for more senior positions. |
