In today’s recruitment
market, finding the right candidate is often based on a gut
feeling, and when this is wrong, it can be a timely and costly
mistake. For this reason, assessment based interviewing
is so important when you are looking to recruit. Change
has created a full selection process for the recruitment of
staff whereby the response to a media campaign is brought together
to undergo a day’s thorough assessment. Including
role-plays, group and individual activities, and critical and
abstract reasoning tests, by the end of the day, you should
have a number of candidates that are suitably equipped to do
the job you want without the reliance on your basic instincts
but with the necessary proof to back up your decision.
This process is best suited for sales roles, or where it is difficult to determine
how a person would fit into an environment and react to situations. |
